Refund policy

Plague Boulevard ("we," "us," "our") reserves the right to issue refunds, partial refunds, or exchanges at our sole discretion in accordance with the terms outlined herein. This policy applies to all purchases made directly through our official online store(s).

Refunds and returns are available exclusively for orders that arrive with a fulfillment error or product defect not caused by the customer. If you receive an item that was not ordered or your order arrives with a material defect or damage, you may be eligible for relief under this policy. Minor issues, as determined at our sole discretion, may qualify for a partial refund. Major issues, as determined at our sole discretion, may qualify for a full product exchange; in such cases, the customer must return the original item to us before a replacement will be shipped. If the original item is no longer available, the customer may elect to exchange for item(s) of equal value or receive a full refund to the original payment method.

We do offer size exchanges for the same item, subject to availability. However, no refunds will be issued for sizing-related concerns — only exchanges. If the requested size is unavailable, we will work with the customer to identify an acceptable alternative.

This policy does not cover buyer's remorse, change of mind, damage caused by the customer after delivery, or items purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers. All claims must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Claims submitted beyond this window may be denied at our discretion. To initiate a claim, contact us with your order number and supporting documentation. Plague Boulevard reserves the right to request photographic evidence and to make final determinations on all claims.
