MOST ITEMS: We recommend turning them inside out, washing them on cold, and then hang drying them. This will help make your item look brand new for as long as possible.
DENIM: We recommend spot cleaning as necessary, if a major clean is needed, we recommend soaking the denim garment in a cold tub for 3/4 hours, rolling in a towel to remove excess water, and then hang drying.
SPECIAL: If an item requires dry cleaning only, or any other specific cleaning method, we will specify in the description of that item.
We aim to have all orders out of the warehouse within 5 business days of receiving the order. However, this may not always be the case. If you have any questions about your order, do not hesitate to contact us.
